A 5-Minute Skincare Routine You'll Actually Stick To

Most skincare routines fail for one simple reason: they take too long. Ten steps and twenty minutes might work for a rare Sunday, but not for a Tuesday night when you're exhausted. Here's a routine built around five minutes, using tools that do more of the work for you.

Minute 1 — Cleanse deeper, not longer

A facial vacuum cleanser clears out pores in about a minute, doing in seconds what a cleansing routine normally takes much longer to attempt.

Minute 2 to 3 — Let light therapy do its thing

This is where you multitask. Put on a 7-color LED mask or a lighter red light therapy mask and just sit for a couple of minutes. Check your phone, breathe, do nothing — the mask is doing the work.

Minute 4 — Sculpt while it's still fresh

A quick pass with a V-face massager helps de-puff and relax facial muscles, especially after a long day of screen time.

Minute 5 — Lock it in

Whatever moisturizer or serum you already use, apply it now while your skin is still warmed up from the massage — that's when it absorbs best.

None of this replaces seeing a dermatologist for real skin concerns. But for a routine you'll actually do most nights instead of skipping, five focused minutes beats twenty minutes you never get around to.
